Knowing Kilian, though, he'll get really technical about it. He'll say since he picked up a puzzle and its pieces that counts as 13 items, and so forth...Laelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15892565720713349873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8654746790936440725.post-23076605480566957102008-06-12T09:02:00.000-05:002008-06-12T09:02:00.000-05:00I must confess, I do like Flylady. I think she has lots of great ideas and has been helpful for me to keep my home in order.

When we were kids, my mom would always put on the timer for 5 minutes just before my dad would come home and we would run around like crazy picking up items. Kids always like to be timed! We also did the "pick up 20 items" game for quick clean-ups. I never felt like we were "cleaning" just "playing". Looking forward to tricking my kids as they get older too!! :-)Alexis D.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00952845231181995469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8654746790936440725.post-76642210222322730532008-06-04T07:51:00.000-05:002008-06-04T07:51:00.000-05:00HAHAHH Day1 : SHINE YOUR SINK!!!!Yes I hope you ha...HAHAHH Day1 : SHINE YOUR SINK!!!!
Yes I hope you have better luck than I did, I didn't even get past Day One...hehheh but still love the fly lady!

I am the absolute same way.....when I was younger, to motivate myself I would pretend the president or a NKOTB was coming over to my house....LOL go ahead laugh but I had the cleanest room (sometimes!) I rather prefer a "lived-in" looking house than a clean, perfect looking one ;)
But I completely understand the feeling of wanting a clean house all the time. I think that is what I like so much about having an upstairs. My downstairs stays nice looking while the kids can play and be messy upstairs.

-AndreaAndrea@Sgt and Mrs Hubhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02226888560872834473noreply@blogger.com
